A Picture Says A Thousand Words...

Hey Guys!

Have you ever had that moment when you experienced a piece of art and said, “Wow!  That really speaks to my soul…” Isn’t it incredible how painters, writers, singers, etc. have this ability to speak universally to our human experience through their creations?!  Have you felt that way before?

Well, I had this very experience the other day!  I came across an image that so perfectly represents who I am as a healer and the work I do that I just had to share it with you!

Here it is!

I want you to take a moment to study the image.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

I have infused this image with unconditional love, peace, joy, happiness and bliss!

Enjoy!

The symbolism of the lotus flower has always spoken to me and how I see my work. The lotus plant starts life stuck in the dark muck at the bottom of the pond, but it longs for more! Through struggle and challenge, it stretches and grows towards the light. Breaking through the surface, with its face pointed towards the sun, it opens into a beautiful flower. This is what I do everyday in my energy work! With the assistance of my guides and Angels, I help you navigate out of the dark and into the light!

But there’s more in this image than just the lotus. With your third eye open, you can see in the center of the flower is a woman seated with long purple hair flowing down her yellow back. She’s seated in the center to represent the heart and the heart is our link between Heaven and Earth. This link is essential for transformational and transdimensional change.

Her body position is illuminating as well -- she’s seated peacefully, facing the light, looking up to God as the light rays flow into and around her. These rainbow colored light rays are so important because this is exactly what I see when I do my healing work. I pull in light rays, in all the colors and frequencies, to surround you in order to guide and assist you to your place of wholeness.

And finally that beautiful sky! In the sky, there are a few clouds with the brilliant blue breaking through. This symbolizes the clearing I do when I heal. I go in, remove the clouds, and show you your light by letting your sun shine through! In this place of healing, you’ll experience more purity, better wisdom, a place of oneness with yourself.

Please take a moment to peacefully meditate on this image and embrace the feelings you find inside. I have infused it with unconditional love, peace, joy, happiness and bliss!!

I hope you enjoy and that we can talk again soon!

The Blame Game

Taking Responsibility For Your Own Life and Stopping the Blame Game

BlameGame1

Hey There!

The number one thing I see and hear in the world today are people blaming external forces for their problems or current situation.

You’ve probably heard someone say:

  • “It’s all THEIR fault!”

  • “Sure my job stinks, but what can I do about it?!  I’ve gotta pay the bills, don’t I?”

  • “Things could NOT get any worse…”

Today we are part of a society that loves to play The Blame Game!  We blame everyone and everything for our problems, bad relationships, and cruddy situations.  And why do we do this? Well it’s a great self-defense mechanism, isn’t it?! If we actually stop for a moment, take a breath, and look within we might have to reflect on something we didn’t want to see about ourselves and I’ll tell you first hand -- that ain’t easy!

But when we engage in The Blame Game, we give all of our power away and, essentially, let anyone or anything have control over us.

So step right up to the Wheel of Blame to see who we can point a finger at today for our current state of misery.

Will it be Our...

  • Job
  • Significant Other
  • Friends or Frenemies
  • Kids
  • Pets
  • Family Members
  • Environment
  • Government

Now please don’t think I’m sitting on some perfect, soul searching throne over here.  I’ve done my fair share of playing The Blame Game -- I especially like to blame my day job that pays the bills but I detest!!!  Oh, can I go on and on about it! (Can you relate?!) But a few days I was sitting in my quiet hotel room and had an “AHA” moment…

“If games are suppose to be fun, why I am I no longer having any fun?”

Right then and there I cancelled my subscription to The Blame Game, flipped the station, and decided it was time to start my own channel!

Every big change in our lives starts with us making a decision.  So I sat down, took a long, deep breath, and thought about the ways I’d contributed to my own unhappiness.  In case you’re wondering, this isn’t the easiest or most enjoyable conversation to have with yourself. But once I started to reflect on my own melancholy, I saw how my decisions, my behaviors, and my beliefs contributed to the pattern I was stuck in.

This is the pivotal moment, when I was able to step back for a moment and acknowledge my own agency, then I could see that it wasn’t my job’s fault that I’m miserable (it’s just a job after all!) -- that I had played a role in my own unhappiness too.

I knew in that moment that I needed to change the way I look at things and my level of awareness. It was up to me to make the changes necessary!

I believe that we are here to learn and grow -- though we’re not always the most obedient students!  Once we embrace the opportunity to learn a lesson, then we can assimilate it, and move onto the next one.  However, if we try to take the easy route and avoid the necessary work to learn a particular exercise, then we’ll keep finding opportunities over and over again to learn it.

Life is a persistent teacher and she will continue to throw us the same assignment until we finally decide to learn from them.

So if you’re ready to move forward with your life, reclaim your power, and make a change for good - then here are some tips to start learning that lesson you’re resisting:

  1. Believe there is a lesson to be learned and agree to learn it.
  2. Admit that you might have helped create the problem. This does not meant that no one else played a part. It just means perhaps you may have played a part as well.

  3. Find some quiet time (I recommend meditation) to go deep within your heart and think about the situation or problem. Try to see it from a higher level of awareness or perspective. Is there another way to see or view the problem? This requires you hold up that self-reflective mirror and be really honest with yourself about your choices and actions. If you can shift your perspective, then you may immediately see or sense what the lesson is to be learned and how it is to be learned!

  4. Let go of your attachment to the problem. In other words detach from the problem. Trying to control the problem, your boss, your spouse, or your circumstances will only keep you attached to it. The more you hold onto a problem, the more it latches right back onto you!  You will never be able to see the lesson or the solution if you keep focusing on what is wrong. You must let go, detach, and accept the situation.

  5. Focus on the positives and not the negatives. What we give our attention to is what we draw towards us. So focus on what you want -- not what you don’t!

  6. We have to take responsibility for our own actions! I know that’s not always easy, but it’s worth it!  If everything is someone else’s fault, then what part do I play in my own life?! Knowing we can accept responsibility when things go wrong means we can also take credit when things go well.

So what do you say?!  Are you done giving your power away by constantly blaming everyone else?  Are you ready to take a good, long look inside, accept responsibility for things that aren’t great now or might go wrong in the future, and acknowledge that you have the ability to fix whatever the problem?!

Also blaming someone else all of the time can also make you a very negative person, constantly asking why bad things always happen to me rather than allowing you to change or make your life better.

You must become aware, accept responsibility, and take the action steps needed to make your life a better one!!!

Take back your own power in your life!

Doing this ONE Thing Each Day will Keep You Healthy, Wealthy, and Happy!

It is so important to take care of our energetic bodies everyday! When we ignore our energy bodies our health and emotions start to decline. This is when illnesses, aches and pains and negative emotions such as depression, anger and frustration set in.shells-770554_640 Your body is like a car. Imagine driving a brand new car home. It drives like a charm! The engine is quiet and running smooth, it smells so good and it is sparkly clean. However, in order to keep the car in this pristine state, it requires consistent upkeep.

Imagine what would happen as the days and months go on if you neglected to take care of it. Perhaps you do not wash it or vacuum the inside. Or maybe you claim a lack of time or money as reasons to not take it in for regular check ups and oil changes.

What eventually happens is that this car will become dull and dirty. It will start running rough and the sound of the engine will drown out your favorite song on the radio. The car will become harder to start, until one day it just decided to stop running altogether.

This is exactly how our energetic body is. Except instead of seeing and hearing the changes, you begin to feel them. You get sick more often, you feel depressed, your relationships or finances take a nosedive.

Like everything else in life, your energy body needs daily cleaning and energy work to keep it running in peak performance. When we start to ignore it that is when we start to get sick, stop sleeping well, or develop stress and anxiety.

saint-198958_1920It is vital to your ongoing well being that you start a daily routine to keep your bodies in peak performance. When we clean, clear, and fully align our energetic bodies (which includes our aura, chakras, and meridians) it keeps us in the flow.

When we are in the flow life becomes much easier and we are are able to heal and manifest much easier.

I have a client, we’ll call her Betsy, who has suffered chronic pain and depressionbuddha-1280442_640 for the last ten years. After our healing session she was pain free and happy for the first time in a decade. But then she stopped doing the daily work.

Unsurprisingly, her pain and depression returned. Betsy learned her lesson though, she is now committed to the daily work and has monthly sessions with me. I’m pleased to say that her body is now running at an optimal level!

I know time and money are always convenient excuses. Believe me, I’ve been there too! However, I made a commitment four years ago to invest in my well-being first--before anything else.

I listen to uplifting music, meditate, work with my healers, and work with my crystals everyday!! By doing this my overall health has dramatically changed and my depression and anxiety is completely gone.

The  key is that you must invest the time and work into raising your vibration on a daily basis and maintain a new positive way of thinking.

Luckily, this does not have to take a lot of time! I have a simple solution for you that is nice to your time demands AND your budget.

It is simple and easy to do and requires almost no effort on your end!candles-1023063_1920
